Why Sinarsa exists.
Most companies manage packaging, RFID systems, and operational software through separate vendors. In practice, this creates a familiar problem.
The packaging vendor doesn't understand RFID. The RFID supplier doesn't handle software. When something breaks — tags stop scanning, data becomes inconsistent, integrations fail — each vendor only understands part of the system.
No one takes full responsibility. The client is left coordinating everything themselves while delays and operational issues continue to grow.
Before Sinarsa, we spent years building backend systems and operational platforms for businesses across Indonesia. We repeatedly saw the same problems caused by disconnected implementations — including one client whose inventory reconciliation process took three days because their packaging, RFID, and software vendors used different data structures.
You can't fix a fragmented operation by adding more fragmented vendors. So in 2025, we built Sinarsa.
We combined packaging production, RFID implementation, and enterprise software into one operational workflow. One team responsible for both the infrastructure and the systems connected to it. Our team comes from engineering, operations, manufacturing, and software backgrounds.
When we produce labels or RFID media, we already understand how the systems will read, validate, and process the data — because we build both sides ourselves. Few companies operate this way, and it eliminates the typical coordination problems between disconnected vendors.
By handling multiple layers internally, we reduce integration problems, simplify communication, and deliver systems that actually work in the real world — not just in the spec sheet.
